Belgium released new issues in January 2025, but one miniature sheet stands out in particular: a tribute to hat designer Elvis Pompilio. At 65, Pompilio is one of the defining figures of the Belgian fashion scene. His extravagant hat designs are internationally sought after – to this day, around 30,000 handcrafted pieces are created each year, many worn by prominent personalities.
